Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and My SaaS when you use the product. By creating an account, you accept them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and the details you give us must be accurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to break the law, send spam, harm other people or disrupt the service, and do not try to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only as far as we need to run the product for you.

Plans, payments and credits

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Credits can be spent only inside the product, have no cash value and are not refunded unless the law says otherwise. If prices change, we tell you before the change reaches your plan.

Availability

We work to keep the product running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change as the product grows.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a significant change we let you know in advance; using the product after the change means you accept it.
